Reed Racette is an organizational change consultant and also serves as the COO of AgileXtended. He has 30 years of experience as a consultant, coach, and leader. He is known for cultivating strong relationships and developing high-performing teams, and is passionate about building trust, reducing stress, and creating collaborative, psychologically safe environments. Reed began his career as an officer in the US Air Force, and since then has filled diverse roles in engineering, finance, non-profit management, and Federal consulting.

Outside of work, Reed is a coach and volunteer with Special Olympics of Maryland and is active with the Maryland Autism Society. He’s married and has two sons who make him feel less smart every day. He is also a professional bartender, on a never-ending quest to find the perfect cocktail.
