Wings: Terminal Rescue is an experiential learning game that mimics some of the familiarity and frustrations of behavior in complex organizational dynamics. How will your team respond to the challenges? Which teams will be the most creative? The most data-driven?
The game creates a shared understanding to spark ‘aha moments’ for all players, and the facilitated debrief connects game experience back to work scenarios with fresh perspective, empathy, and systems thinking fluency.
