Kristen Belcher serves as an organizational change and culture coach and consultant, experienced facilitator, and thought partner, focusing on untangling the “messy middle” in evolving organizations. She’s worked on developing enterprise software applications big and small, has ScrumMastered multiple teams, rolled out SAFe, and even been part of an Agile PMO. Kristen has a penchant for stickies & Sharpies, loves liberating structures, and practices learning out loud wherever she can. When she’s not saving the world (one retrospective at a time!), you can most likely find Kristen reading, writing, or planning her next adventure. An avid sand volleyball player and mom of 4, she stays busy during all 4 seasons in Michigan, where she lives with her family.
