KEY PAST PERFORMANCE

Our team members have experience working with a range of clients:  federal government agencies (CMS, NASA, FDA, FAA, USCIS, GSA, DoL), quasi-public entities (Federal Reserve Board of NY), Fortune 500 companies (AIG, United Health), and small entrepreneurial organizations (Real Networks, Stride Consulting). In every engagement, we collaborate with our clients as trusted advisors and capability cultivators.

  • CMS: creating fundamental and sustainable organizational culture change at the individual, group, and enterprise levels of the Office of Information Technology (OIT). This required deconstructing organizational silos, fostering a more customer-first approach, and shifting security and governance to the left in the organizational value stream. We increased the level of trust within the organization and enabled award-winning DEIA strategy and efforts, while also contributing to a culture of learning and collaboration.

  • FDA: assessed Agile maturity for one component, including soliciting qualitative and quantitative data, conducting focus group sessions and deep dives with project teams. Resulted in recommendations with a roadmap for fulfillment, as well as delivering customized training, facilitating, and coaching to realize strategic objectives.

  • FAA: enabled development of key product by applying agile and lean approaches to provide increased transparency, ensure buy-in from critical stakeholders, increase product fit-for-purpose, and meet expedited delivery timelines.

  • NASA: provided agile coaching for multiple teams to mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and meet customer expectations. 

  • Administrative Office of the US Courts: led agile transformation for several groups including the Office of Communication. Conducted gamification and experiential learning sessions upon request across the agency.

  • USCIS: created and delivered interactive training through USCIS to staff from a dozen government agencies. Leveraged principles of cognitive learning and gamification for topics such as Agile, Kanban, portfolio management, value stream mapping, and other tailored pain points.
